Real Estate Sales Trainee - Training & Mentorship Available

Ready to learn real estate sales through hands-on experience instead of trying to figure everything out on your own?

We’re expanding and looking for motivated individuals who want to develop their skills, work directly with clients, and build a career in real estate with training and mentorship behind them.

You’ll work with buyers and sellers on real transactions while learning how to prospect, generate leads, build a client base, and provide exceptional client service. You’ll also develop your sales and communication skills through regular client interactions and daily experience in the market.

Coaching and mentorship are provided by agents who are actively producing. You’ll have proven systems to follow and a collaborative team environment built around trust, accountability, and professional growth.

The opportunity includes a competitive commission structure with low fees , allowing you to keep more of what you earn as you grow your production.

We’re looking for strong communicators who enjoy working with people, are motivated to learn, and are coachable.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

• Participate in regular training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your industry knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear and professional interactions.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and success.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for managing client interactions and tracking progress.
