Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health

$90–$115 per completed visit | $500 Sign-On Bonus | $250 Referral Bonus

Contract with A List Therapy Group’s established home health therapy referral network as a Physical Therapist (PT). Choose your preferred coverage areas, accept referrals based on your availability, and build a caseload around your schedule.

What You’ll Do

As a home health Physical Therapist, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in their homes to improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, functional independence, and quality of life.

Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, provide patient and caregiver education, and complete required visit documentation.

Requirements

• Current California Physical Therapist license

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Professional and responsive communication

• Ability to provide services as an independent contractor
