Guestroom Attendant

Responsibilities Clean and self‑inspect guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards. Inspect all rooms (vacant or dirty) checking standards of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and/or supplies. Inspect all VIP and Special Attention rooms very carefully ensuring that all special requests and amenities are completed. Receive and complete all guest requests when on the floors (e.g., extra pillow, blankets). Keep linen rooms tidy, correctly stocked and closed at all times when not in use. Ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order. Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absences or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant and House Attendant when needed. Qualifications Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems. Service‑passion for luxury hospitality. Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills. A willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on an as‑needed basis.
