Strategic Communications Manager — Hybrid & Crisis Leader

Valley Metro, based in Phoenix, seeks a Manager, Communications to shape the agency’s public image and lead internal and external narratives. You will develop and execute strategies, oversee media relations, manage crisis communications, and strengthen brand awareness across digital, video and print channels. You will supervise the Public Information and Operations Communications staff, collaborate with Marketing, Community Engagement, and member cities, and support CEO and Board priorities with #J-18808-Ljbffr Valley Metro RPTA
