Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience required; 2+ years in a physician office or clinic setting preferred
• Experience with rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and supporting clinical workflows
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
• Experience with electronic medical records required; Epic experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and patient service skills
• Ability to support both clinical and front office responsibilities
• Ability to work on-site and maintain a flexible weekday schedule within core daytime hours

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain accurate vital signs, and support patient intake in the clinic
• Review medical, surgical, family, and social history, including smoking history, allergies, and medications
• Use the EMR to document patient information and notify providers when patients are ready
• Perform phlebotomy and other clinical support duties as assigned
• Assist with front desk responsibilities, including greeting patients and scheduling visits
• Provide professional phone communication for clinical and scheduling needs
• Support efficient patient flow and a positive patient care experience in the clinic
• Collaborate with providers and staff to maintain smooth daily operations
