ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

Position Information

Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
Specialty: Critical Care
Number of Openings: 1
Shift: Night
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: 6 shifts within a 6-week schedule
Call Requirements: No call

Qualifications

Required Certifications: AHA ACLS, AHA BLS
Years of Experience: 1 year or more
Required Education: Registered Nurse

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 10
Patient Ratios: 1:2
Equipment: Baxter pumps, Tele Access Critical Care
EHR: MedHost Experience

Patient Population

This position involves care for adult patients with critical conditions including:

Respiratory Failure
Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA)
COPD Exacerbation
Post-heart catheterization
Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
Post-operative patients

Supervising Nurse: Toshia Pettiette, RN
Float Requirements: May float as needed
Personality Fit: Positive attitude and self-motivated

Dress Code

Scrub color is black. Refer to the employee handbook for any unacceptable attire.
