MedStar Health is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our established outpatient primary care practice in Dundalk, Maryland.

You will practice alongside four experienced primary care providers and a dedicated, highly trained support team. With a predictable MondayFriday schedule and no inpatient responsibilities, this position allows you to focus entirely on providing high-quality, relationship-centered primary care.

The practice offers an on-site laboratory and convenient access to specialists throughout the Baltimore region.

Compensation and Incentives

• Competitive base salary of $230,000$245,000
• Sign-on bonus
• Annual quality incentive of up to $16,000, guaranteed in full during the first year

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start

This position has a hiring range of USD $230,000.00 - USD $245,000.00 /Yr.
