Job SummaryThe CompanyMacdonald and Company are proudly partnered with an entrepreneurial, growing real estate investor and developer, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, who are seeking a Senior Property Management professional to join their high-powered team.The firm are a tight-knit group of experienced real estate professionals, with a diverse offering that includes Investments/Acquisitions, Development, as well as a Lending platform.With a current portfolio comprised mostly of Industrial assets, they are seeking a talented operations professional to work closely with their tenant base across the Phoenix market.The PositionThe Senior Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a portfolio comprised of ~1Million of industrial space, whilst overseeing the Assistant Property Manager.This individual will work in an operational role, whilst also helping improve processes as it relates to the operational management of the portfolio, ensuring that key recommendations are communicated to leadership and executed on.Role ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of industrial properties, including preventative maintenance programs and vendor performanceManage tenant service requests and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communicationConduct regular site and building inspections to maintain safety, functionality, and operational standardsCoordinate tenant move-ins, expansions, and transitions in collaboration with leasing and construction teamsServe as the primary point of contact for tenant relations, maintaining strong working relationships and issue trackingSupport property positioning and leasing efforts by identifying operational strengths, constraints, and improvement opportunitiesManage property-level financial responsibilities, including rent collections, invoice approvals, extra work orders, and monthly reportingPrepare annual operating budgets and maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance documentationQualifications:Experience in operational management of NNN / triple net lease propertiesProficiency in developing and executing property budgetsAbility to generate and present comprehensive monthly financial reports to property ownershipShowcase expertise in coordinating and overseeing Capital Improvement projectsExperience in performing annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations and escalationsDemonstrate a proven track record in client-facing roles, with strong interpersonal and communication skillsActive Real Estate LicenseIndustrial property management preferred, but not essential
