Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Mobile Staff Solutions is looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable managing multiple open positions at once.

Our recruiters work closely with candidates, clients, and our internal team to fill positions throughout the skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, and construction industries. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, communicates well, stays organized, and is comfortable taking ownership of their recruiting workload.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruit and source candidates for high-volume skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, and construction positions
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews
• Match candidates with positions based on their skills, experience, availability, and career goals
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Submit qualified candidates to clients in a timely manner
• Coordinate interviews, job offers, start dates, and onboarding
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming positions
• Utilize job boards, resume databases, social media, referrals, and other recruiting methods to locate qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information within internal systems
• Communicate with clients regarding hiring needs, candidate activity, and open positions as needed
• Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, client visits, and other business-development activities when necessary
• Work closely with the internal team to prioritize urgent and hard-to-fill positions
• Meet established recruiting, submission, and hiring goals

What We’re Looking For

• Recruiting or staffing experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, or construction positions is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Comfortable using job boards, email, Microsoft Office, and online recruiting platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Consistent, dependable, and able to follow through on assigned responsibilities
• Comfortable recruiting for both entry-level and highly skilled positions
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
• Willingness to learn new industries and positions
• Reliable transportation required for occasional client visits, job fairs, and recruiting events

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just wait for applications to come in. A successful recruiter in this role will actively source candidates, make calls, follow up consistently, build relationships, and keep recruiting activity moving throughout the day. You should be comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly and where some positions require more creativity and persistence to fill than others. Our team works together, communicates openly, and supports one another when challenging positions arise. We are happy to train someone who is eager to learn, but we are looking for someone who takes initiative, accepts coaching, and wants to grow within the staffing industry.
