*Position Details:*
* *Full-Time Stylist*
* *Base Wage: $20/hour*
* *Total Earning Potential: $30–$45+/hour* (including tips and commissions)
* *Schedule:* 35–40 hours/week, flexibility required

*Qualifications:*
* Valid Cosmetology License
* Strong communication & customer service skills
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills
* Open to flexible scheduling
* Passionate about learning and keeping up with industry trends
* Open to mentoring or working alongside new talent

Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
