Travel LPN - LPN

American Traveler is hiring a LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, working 12-hour night shifts every weekend. Job Details • Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting, • Post-acute care patient population, • 12-hour night shifts scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM), • 36 hours per week, • Charting is performed using a computerized EMR system, Job Requirements • Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable; must be active and in good standing at time of consideration - pending licensure will not be accepted, • Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required; no exceptions, • Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications required - pending certifications not accepted, • Driver's license required for consideration, • 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire, • Nursys verification required, Additional Information • Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and may be eligible at an adjusted rate, • No on-call or call-back shifts available, • A 14-day notice is required if a clinician needs to end the assignment early American Traveler
