CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a growing team of commercial HVAC technicians and oversee service operations across an assigned territory. This is a leadership-focused opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent people-management skills, and a track record of developing high-performing service teams.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Lead and manage a team of commercial HVAC technicians and service personnel across multiple locations.


• Oversee daily service and maintenance operations while ensuring customer needs and operational goals are met.


• Coach, mentor, and develop technicians while establishing accountability and performance expectations.


• Provide technical leadership and support to the team while managing customer relationships and territory needs.


QUALIFICATIONS


• Strong commercial HVAC technical background with previous experience leading service technicians.


• 2-3+ years of leadership experience, with 5+ years preferred.


• Proven ability to develop, coach, and hold technicians and service teams accountable.


• Strong communication, customer-service, and organizational skills with the ability to manage a larger service organization.


• U.S. citizen or green card holder.
