This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality exterior treatments while providing a professional and positive customer experience.**Responsibilities*** Perform scheduled mosquito control treatments at residential customer locations in accordance with company procedures and training, while following assigned daily routes and service schedules.* Apply mosquito control products safely and effectively to exterior areas of customer properties.* Provide courteous, professional interactions with customers and address basic service-related questions.* Maintain accurate service records, service tickets, and system entries, submitting all documentation on time.* Conduct daily check-outs with management as required before completing the final stop of the day.* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning company vehicle in accordance with company standards.* Attend required meetings and complete all assigned training, including Pest Web Training.**Qualifications and Requirements*** 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.* Must be 21 years of age or older.* Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.* Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).**Why Work for EcoShield Pest Solutions?**The Shield Co.
