Requirements
- 2 years experience minimum
- Board Certified or Board Eligible - American Board of Radiology
- CA License and Residency Requirement
- Other Certifications: BLS and CA DEA required during credentialing; CA Fluoroscopy required at submission.
- X-ray Supervisor & Operator
- Malpractice: Clean preferred
- Vaccinations: COVID-19 (with boosters), Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Flu
