The team advises financial sponsors and institutional investors on strategic liquidity solutions across the private capital universe, including GP-led secondaries, continuation vehicles, tender offers, structured preferred equity, NAV loans, and GP stake sales. Analysts gain exposure to all aspects of the GP-led secondary market and work alongside senior bankers on live deal execution. Responsibilities include company and fund-level due diligence, financial modeling (LBOs, continuation fund models, waterfall analysis), preparation of marketing materials (CIMs, teasers), and managing investor outreach and diligence. The role requires completion of a Suited assessment as part of the application process.Apply for this Position
