- Candidates must have CVICU Experience with POD 0 Open Hearts, as well as experience with IABP and Impella REQUIRED - NIHSS, BLS & ACLS Required - Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district - Required - CVICU Experience - Required: 2 Years - Strong organizational and leadership skills required - Ability to give expert analysis and assess patient conditions - Thorough knowledge of arrhythmia management, pathophysiology, and hemodynamics - Ability to communicate, coordinate, and delegate in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
