Corporate Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and dependable Corporate Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for company executives, including senior leadership and business representatives. The Corporate Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely transportation to meetings, corporate events, airports, seminars, and other business-related destinations while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport company executives to business meetings, conferences, seminars, airports, hotels, and other destinations.
• Provide transportation support during executive travel assignments, including out-of-state trips.
• Ensure executives arrive safely and on time for all scheduled activities.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding executive schedules, company information, and business activities.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist with luggage, business materials, and personal items when needed.
• Coordinate travel timing and pickup locations with executive assistants or company representatives.
• Monitor weather, traffic, and road conditions to adjust travel plans as needed.
• Maintain records of mileage, fuel, vehicle maintenance, and travel expenses.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a corporate driver, executive driver, chauffeur, or professional driver preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local roads, highways, and navigation systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to pass a background check and driving record review.

Preferred Skills

• Experience transporting executives, VIPs, or corporate clients.
• Defensive driving training or certification.
• Experience driving luxury vehicles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Salary/Compensation: $32.00 - $47.00 per hour
