St. Mary of the Lakes School is seeking a caring, organized, and faith-filled individual to serve as our Aftercare Supervisor for the 2026-2027 school year. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our aftercare program while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the aftercare program.
• Supervise students and aftercare staff.
• Coordinate activities, games, homework time, and snack distribution.
• Maintain attendance records and parent sign-out procedures.
• Communicate effectively with school administration, staff, and families.
• Ensure compliance with all school safety and supervision procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or recreational setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage student behavior positively.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal background check
• Completion of Virtus (Protecting God's Children) training and diocesan safe environment requirements

Schedule

• Part-time position
• School days during the academic year
• Approximately 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
