Job Summary


Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, manage patient interactions, and ensure efficient clinic operations.


Key Responsibilities

• Work in fast-paced environment
• Verify patients' insurance eligibility
• Collect co-payments and patient balances
• Check patients in and out for appointments
• Answer phones and address patient messages
• Knowledge of referrals and pre-authorization process

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience required
• Healthcare background preferred
