ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shawn Higgins - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

• Our Agency has been serving the Indianapolis area since 2009.
• We pride our Agency Team with having a fun environment and culture.
• We are active in the community and partner with many local businesses and organizations.
• Our Team is passionate about helping families and taking care of people in our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Pro-actively reach out to customers to grow the Agency customer base.
• Visit local businesses to create and maintain community relationships and attend community events.
• Gather accurate customer information and provide excellent customer service and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales and/or marketing or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
