About the role You will be working in our Austin, TX location processing orders related to public record research and filing. This role involves working fill-time, Monday through Friday. What you will do Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner Utilize Capitol Services’ Order Entry system for processing client orders Follow system prompts related to client preferences, Finance department warnings, and other information closely Access public record websites for the purpose of researching filed liens and litigation Follow established reporting guidelines when building lien search reports based on evidence received Submit prepared filings to correspondents or state/county offices directly for filing Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing Provide training to new hires within the department Who you are Strong organizational and time management skills : You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects / assignments. Reliable : You are able to work during our regular business hours in our Austin office. You are a punctual individual and able to follow an assigned work schedule. You are able to maintain client confidentiality at all times. Technical competencies : You are comfortable using Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and interacting with Adobe PDF documents. Office environment : You are able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
