Job Description

Develop and maintain product designs, BOMs, drawings, and specifications for control systems and protective relays.
Support new product introductions and engineering changes.
Troubleshoot production, manufacturing, and testing issues.
Work with suppliers and Supplier Quality teams to evaluate and approve components.
Investigate product quality and reliability issues.
Support continuous improvement using Lean, DFSS, DFM, and DFA.
Perform engineering analysis and simulations using CAD, FEA, and electrical analysis tools.
Coordinate product verification, validation, and reliability testing.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
2+ years of engineering experience.
Experience with electrical circuits and product design.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Knowledge of DFM/DFA and manufacturing processes.

Preferred

PCBA design experience.
PCB development tools.
High-voltage design and power system analysis.
Analog and digital circuit troubleshooting.
CAD/FEA and statistical analysis.
Lean / Six Sigma knowledge.
