Description:

RLM Underground is hiring a Regional Market Director to lead construction operations across the Northern US. This role oversees field performance, safety, production, client relationships, and regional growth. We’re looking for a strong construction leader with telecom or utility experience who can drive results and support multiple crews.

Responsibilities

Lead regional construction operations
Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met
Support and develop field leadership
Maintain client relationships
Conduct site visits and ensure compliance

Compensation

The compensation package includes a base salary of $100,000–$125,000, eligibility for a quarterly bonus, a company vehicle, a laptop computer, a monthly phone stipend, and paid travel.

Requirements:

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership in telecom, utilities, or heavy construction
Strong understanding of underground/aerial construction
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
Regional travel required
