Call Center Training Leader: Scale Onboarding & Performance

iQor is seeking a hands-on Training Manager to lead new-hire and ongoing training for a high-volume call center program in Charlotte, NC. This role owns training delivery, trainer performance, and curriculum consistency to ensure every class meets the same high-quality standard.
