Duties Identify and resolve complex title issues. Research and analyze delinquent tax office records. Prepare legal pleadings related to quiet title actions. Conduct in-depth public record research. Present cases in court related to quiet title actions. Perform legal research and offer practical legal solutions. Requirements Licensed attorney in good standing with the South Carolina Bar, or sitting for the SC Bar in 2026/2027. Civil litigation experience preferred. Familiarity with South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Proactive team player with excellent organizational abilities. Community-minded, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Demonstrated strong work ethic through academic and professional achievements. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in South Carolina. Skills Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
