Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities: Learn and document procurement business processes and identify opportunities for simplification or improvement. Analyze procurement and operational data to identify trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities. Partner with Procurement, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders on cross‑functional initiatives. Develop reports, analyses, or presentations that support procurement decision‑making. Contribute to initiatives that improve procurement efficiency and decision‑making Support Procurement Health Check Metrics by investigating exceptions, performing root‑cause analysis, and assisting with corrective actions. Qualifications Qualification Requirements: Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program with a focus in: Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office® applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) Basic understanding of supply chain or procurement concepts Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends Strong teamwork and collaboration skills demonstrated through extracurricular activities and/or work experience Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills Action‑oriented with sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution Resourceful, adaptable, and effective in navigating change and influencing others Works effectively both independently and in team settings #J-18808-Ljbffr The Marzetti Company
