Regional Sales Manager - Texas Bring your curiosity to work as our next Regional Sales Manager for Texas. You will lead the Texas sales team reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans in support of company goals. Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories and goals. Establish and assign sales territories for account managers. Meet with key clients, assisting account managers in establishing and maintaining beneficial client relationships and in negotiating sales. Establish KPIs for the sales team, track data and present results to the executive team. Manage all account managers, providing performance feedback, setting goals, providing development opportunities and training. Experience Minimum 10 years of outside sales experience in the Texas petrochemical market. Experience leading a sales team.
