Who We’re Seeking As a seasoned professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in television, you excel at understanding production workflows. You are dedicated to enhancing production methodologies and consistently seek opportunities for advancement. You are tech-savvy and understand the different systems used in a broadcast organization and their interoperability. You like to learn, and your proactive approach encompasses integrating new technologies. Responsibilities Assess Current State Architecture, Process Workflow, and solution inventory and identify key pain points Support definition of Future State Architecture and Process Workflow with GAP analysis Support Project planning and implementation with high quality deliverables Quickly immerse yourself in broadcast projects, understanding client infrastructure and procedures Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external business partners. Identify continuous improvement and processes of the broadcast transformation practice What you’ll bring 2-5 years experience in leading end-to-end delivery of cloud-based workflows, Broadcast IP transformation, and broadcast engineering. Knowledge of SMPTE 2110 standards and NDI protocols. Working knowledge of solutions from leading broadcast technology vendors, including: WideOrbit Avid (including Wolftech) Dalet Grass Valley (including SAM) EVS Adobe

Travel may include sites outside the employee’s primary office location, state, or region. Remote & Hybrid Work While remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects, client needs take precedence.
