The community offers 100s of acres of parks and open space including lakes for boating and fishing, residents clubs, hiking trails, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, and is home to a championship golf course. Our Front Desk Associates are the Ambassadors of First Impressions. They serve our community with administrative duties and provide above and beyond service that promotes CCMC’s core values. What You’ll Accomplish Managing front desk operations Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls Opening and closing the Community Center as shift requires Checking in members and guests to ensure planned use of the facilities Registering residents for special events and collecting payment Assisting the Membership Coordinator with an array of administrative duties Enforcing policies and procedures Maintaining a clean and inviting front desk environment What We’re Looking For At least 6 months of customer service experience with basic cash handling skills A dynamic, professional individual with a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and problem solving skills Outgoing with a professional personality Must work well independently and within a group Excellent people skills, with a commitment to customer service Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Computer skills that include a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements. The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include: Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions. Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds. Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
