About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local operations in Sparrows Pt, Maryland. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, daily home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $281 per day, up to $1,690 per week
Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Home Time: Home daily
Employment Type: Temp to perm

Job Details

Route Type: Local
Freight: Flatbed
Equipment: Moffett
Handling: Light touch

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a flatbed truck equipped with a Moffett on local routes.
Transport freight in accordance with DOT and applicable safety standards.
Perform light-touch handling tasks, including unloading freight at customer locations.
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
Use the Moffett and properly secure, store, and put away straps and other equipment.

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Flatbed and Moffett equipment experience.
No endorsements required.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
