Senior Quality Engineer

:

Must Have: PFMEA, process capability analysis, and Six Sigma, S9100, manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, forging

10-15 years of experience in flight control systems (actuator, rudder actuator etc)

Proven experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, and problem-solving using quality tools such as PFMEA, process capability analysis, and Six SigmaAbility to interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions; hands-on expertise in various measurement methods and toolsStrong in quality standards AS9100Maintain accurate records and reporting for supplier issues, audits, and risk mitigation plansFamiliarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, forging, and special processes (e.g., heat treatment, NDT)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems; experience with Solumina.Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldCertified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ASQ certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
