Senior Electrical Engineer

Work Location (Remote, Hybrid, Onsite): Burlington, MA Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred. Soft Skills / Cultural Fit for This Role: Willingness to learn and work closely with senior engineering staff Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits Comfortable balancing independent work with team collaboration What Type of Background or Profile Has Worked Well in This Position: 3–10 years of experience in electrical engineering, engineering technician, PCB design, or related roles Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout design Hands-on board bring-up, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting experience Experience supporting sustaining engineering and design changes Electrical Engineering background strongly preferred Nice-to-have experience includes: IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2 compliance knowledge Signal integrity, power integrity, or EMC/EMI exposure Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Perform schematic capture and PCB layout activities for less complex electrical designs Support Altium library management, templates, design rules, and tool maintenance Conduct board bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations Support sustaining engineering efforts including schematic updates, ECO implementation, and design maintenance Assist with system-level testing and troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and software systems Support prototype builds, hardware verification, and integration activities Assist with documentation, test reports, and engineering records as required #J-18808-Ljbffr Groe Advisors LLC
