Senior Transportation Project Manager

Transportation Sr. Project ManagerAs a transportation Sr. project manager, you'll lead the delivery community transportation improvement projects from planning, conceptual design through preliminary, and final design phases to construction. You`ll lead a planning team to deliver complex PD&E projects. The transportation PD&E manager reports to the area manager.What You'll Do:• Lead and manage mid- to large-size transportation projects, overseeing all aspects of project lifecycle• Develop and present complex technical solutions to clients, demonstrating innovative problem-solving abilities• Prepare scope, schedule, and budgets for PD&E projects• Oversee the planning to design for roadway, highway, and traffic engineering projects• Assist in business development and proposal efforts• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes• Provide excellent leadership, team management, communication and mentoringWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferredProject Management experience in Roadway/Highway projectsOpenRoads Design software experience is a plusRegistered Professional Engineer in FL or ability to retain PE within 1 yearMinimum of 8 years of experience in transportation engineering and project managementProven track record of successfully managing complex roadway/highway projectsProficiency in transportation design software, including OpenRoads, Microstation, and InRoadsStrong knowledge of transportation industry standards, regulations, and best practicesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management toolsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhat Benefits You'll Enjoy:We invest in us.
