Travel: MRI Technologist-DAYS

Allied Health Professional // MRI Technologist – $1,729 weekly stipends, $16‑$17/hour, $576.0‑$612 weekly base pay. Onsite contract for 13 weeks starting 6/01/2026. Travel and Shift Schedule Santa Fe, NM – 13 week contract. 12 hours/day, 3 days/week. Shift rotation: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 11:30 a‑12 p; Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:30 a‑7 p. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) from ARRT or ARMRIT. Active at time of submission. State licensure required if in New Mexico (MRT by MIRTP NMED). BLS required via AHA. Summary The Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist will perform routine and advanced imaging procedures, support other technologists, and facilitate efficient patient flow. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic maintenance, participating in QA, handling image processing and archiving issues, and maintaining safety standards. The technologist provides basic MRI screening, prepares maintenance and repairs, resolves safety issues, and engages in ongoing education and technical advancement within the scope of licensure. Work flexible shifts and other campuses as needed. Ensure completed exams are scanned and stored correctly in PACS. Follow PACS downtime procedures as a superuser and report issues. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and follow up with Director/Manager or Biomedical personnel. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education and Skills Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program or approved equivalent. Experience Preferred 1 year in a hospital or clinical setting. Basic computer experience required. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) from ARRT or ARMRIT. State licensure required if in New Mexico (MRT by MIRTP NMED).
