You'll work with businesses of 1-99 employees - the entrepreneurs powering local economies - helping them succeed with essential HR, payroll, and compliance solutions. Through trusted partners like CPAs and client referrals, you won't just sell—you'll build relationships, unlock opportunities, and make a real impact . Responsibilities What You’ll Do Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals What It Takes to Win Early-career sales professionals with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
