HIRING BANKER/TELLER
Full-Time | up to 28.60/hour (DOE) We’re hiring a Client Service Representative at the II, III, or Senior level—based on your experience.
If you’re customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping clients choose the right financial solutions, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Open and maintain consumer and business accounts Build strong relationships by recommending the right banking products and services Support branch growth through excellent service and smart cross-selling Ensure accuracy, compliance, and documentation across all transactions Deliver friendly, professional service in person and over the phone (Senior-level roles may support complex business accounts, treasury services, and act as a branch backup.)

What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of banking/teller experience (level depends on role) Experience opening consumer accounts (business accounts a plus) Strong communication, judgment, and customer service skills Comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems Competitive hourly pay with career growth opportunities Paid, on-the-clock community volunteer time (10 CRA hours/year) Supportive team environment with a strong focus on clients and community
