Specialty Maternal-Fetal Medicine State WA Location 1110 112th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA Requirements Per diem Board Certified Maternal‑Fetal Medicine Physicians in Bellevue, WA Mondays – Fridays, clinic coverage on site: 9 hours per day On‑call coverage using T.B.D., Epic and Viewpoint; consults and ultrasound reads Minimum one‑week block coverage per month Rate structure: do not advertise bill/pay rates when posting jobs or reaching out to providers Orientation hours – 50% of standard rate Daily rate: flat 9‑hour rate, no CB On‑call coverage: $2,500 flat rate Holidays: 1.25× Conversion rates: 25 K APP max conversion fee to be billed but will be discounted based on hours worked (see Rules of Engagement for breakdown) Note: Only five candidates will be name‑cleared; the job will be placed on hold thereafter.
