We are looking for experienced, compassionate individuals to provide non-medical care to seniors in their homes.Responsibilities:Assist with meal planning and cooking for familyPerform light housekeeping tasks such as dishesProvide medication reminders, monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate partiesAssist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressingProvide emotional support and companionship to clientsCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and the care teamAdhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of clientRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care settingAbility to pass a thorough background check and drug screeningKnowledge of basic caregiver skills and techniques (ADLs and IADLs)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, reliable and able to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalismPerform physical tasks such as bending and/or standing for extended periods of timeMust be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and some holidays
