Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an experienced CEO to lead and scale a global SaaS company through its next phase of growth. This executive will drive strategy, operations, product direction, and profitability while leading M&A initiatives and building a high-performing leadership team.

Key Requirements

20+ years as a CEO, President, GM, or senior operating executive with full P&L ownership.
Proven success scaling a $15M–$30M+ global SaaS or enterprise software company.
Recent hands-on M&A experience, including due diligence, negotiations, and post-acquisition integration.
Strong enterprise software/SaaS background, ideally within MarTech, channel marketing, or marketing automation.
Experience serving Fortune 500/Global 2000 customers and leading enterprise growth strategies.
Demonstrated success building and leading executive teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
Strong financial leadership with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, EBITDA improvement, and strategic planning.
Experience partnering with Boards of Directors and driving shareholder value.

Education
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
