Using an interdisciplinary approach, students develop personal and professional skills to transformthemselves and enrich communities. Graduates realize their competencies and are inspired to positively enhance their careers and lives. This program is self-supporting and does not receive funding from the University. Leadership Studies faculty are not eligible for university health benefits. Degree: An earned M.B.A., M.S., M.A. or other graduate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is required at time of appointment. Experience: Demonstrated professional experience and competency in the area(s) to be taught.Experience promoting and fostering a learning environment that is supportive of individuals fromdiverse backgrounds.
