Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a private outpatient practice specializing in neurologic and orthopedic rehabilitation. This role focuses on delivering personalized, one-on-one patient care, allowing therapists to spend a full hour with each patient to ensure effective treatment and improved outcomes.

The therapist will work with patients recovering from neurologic and orthopedic conditions using specialized recovery and rehabilitation approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for neurologic and orthopedic rehabilitation
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions (1 patient per hour)
• Track patient progress and document treatment outcomes
• Apply evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient recovery

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience or interest in neurology and orthopedics
• Knowledge of rehabilitation and recovery therapy techniques
• Strong patient care and communication skills
