Hiring: Experienced Machinist
Location: WB Industries - O'Fallon, MO

Are you a skilled machinist looking to join a team that takes pride in precision and quality? At WB Industries, we specialize in customized metal fabrication and precision machining, and we're looking for an experienced machinist who's ready to jump in and make an impact.

What You'll Do:
You'll be hands-on with a variety of manual and CNC machines, producing high-tolerance parts for everything from small components to aircraft-sized tooling. You'll read and interpret blueprints, set up machines, run production, and work closely with the quality team to ensure all parts meet spec.

What We're Looking For:
You know your way around mills, lathes, and CNC controls. Experience with Mazak machines and Mazatrol programming is a big plus. You're comfortable working independently or as part of a team. You take pride in accuracy, keep your area clean, and understand how to work safely in a fast-paced shop.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Solid experience in manual and/or CNC machining

• Hands-on experience with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls

• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

• Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators)

• A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
