As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients select insurance policies that best meet their needs. You will engage with potential and existing customers, provide expert guidance on various insurance products, and ensure excellent customer support throughout the sales process. Your ability to research market trends and generate leads will be essential in growing the client base and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
- Sell insurance policies to new and existing customers
- Provide ongoing customer support and address policy-related questions or concerns
- Conduct market research to stay informed on insurance products and industry trends
- Generate leads to expand the customer base
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all transactions
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Strong communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
