Job Description This is a B2 shift 7pm-7:30am Wednesday/Thursday/Friday & every other Saturday ( w/15% Diff night shift pay increase) This position is an entry level maintenance position. This role will serve as a primary resource on preventive and demand maintenance activities within their current skill set while supporting Senior technicians with more advanced tasks. Responsibilities Adhere to Abbvie’s Code of Business Conduct Understands and follows all GMP and Safety regulations Work with Sr Level Technicians across several areas of Maintenance to build a diverse, multi-craft foundation for their career in the Skilled Trades with the intent of building skills and developing into a higher-level Technician. Perform Preventive and Demand Maintenance activities, support Predictive Maintenance activities. Vocational training to increase skill set and knowledge across multiple maintenance functions. Qualifications Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and ability to apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting. Perform Preventive and Demand Maintenance activities, support Predictive Maintenance activities. HS diploma with 0+ yrs. experience or Relevant Certificate. Completion or current enrollment in a formal technical school program related to Industrial Maintenance desired. Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows) Preferred 6 months of experience with maintenance activities and Mechanical or electrical aptitude Highly Desirable Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematic drawings Highly Desirable Some experience with preventative maintenance and demand maintenance Highly Desirable Additional Information Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state orlocal law: The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Companybelieves ingood faith it will pay for this role at thetimeofthis posting based on the job grade for this position.Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographiclocation,andwemay ultimatelypay more or less than the posted range.
