About the Role:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients in our skilled nursing facility. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities , such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Assisting with meals and feeding patients , as needed
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our patients

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with vital signs, hygiene, and mobility

• Conduct routine vital sign checks and report any changes to the nursing staff

• Assist with patient transfers and ambulation

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

• Maintain accurate patient records and charts

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
