Exciting Opportunity to Work as a Behavior Technician!
About Us : We proudly offer high-quality ABA services for those on the autism spectrum. Our goal is to empower individuals by fostering skills that make everyday life more manageable. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work closely with clients, directly influencing positive change.
Behavior Tech (BT) Role Summary : We’re looking for individuals with a passion for helping others to work as Behavior Technicians. You’ll implement behavior plans and support skill development in real-life settings, supervised by a BCBA.
Behavior Tech (BT) Primary Responsibilities :
• Following behavior intervention strategies created by a BCBA.
• Collecting data and tracking client progress.
• Helping clients develop essential social and self-help skills.
• Creating a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Working with BCBAs and team members to refine interventions.
Behavior Tech (BT) Qualifications :
• Attention to detail in recording and reporting data.
• Transportation for work across different locations.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client privacy.
• Empathy and patience in working with clients.
Behavior Tech (BT) Compensation and Benefits :
• Hourly rate of $25-$30 based on experience.
• Training and advancement in ABA methods.
