Meaningful Work and Personal Impact As a Senior Sourcing and Procurement Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will directly elevate the maturity, consistency, and performance of our Sourcing & Procurement organization. In this role, you will serve as an expert that leads our most complex, high‑visibility procurement initiatives across the commodity team. You will drive strategic RFPs, negotiate critical agreements, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver sourcing outcomes that meet business, program, and regulatory expectations. You will act as the integrator across stakeholders, processes, suppliers, and requirements—ensuring readiness, compliance, risk mitigation, and disciplined execution of procurement strategy. In this role you will: Strategic Sourcing & Early Alignment Procurement Leadership & Execution Regulatory, Compliance & Risk Management Supplier Engagement & Process Improvement What You’ll Need to Succeed Bring your procurement expertise, analytical strength, and collaborative problem‑solving style to GDIT. The Senior Sourcing and Procurement Analyst must have: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field; 4+ years of additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree. Experience: 7+ years in strategic sourcing, FAR compliant procurement, contract negotiations, or a related supply chain discipline. Experience leading complex RFPs, negotiating commercial terms, or managing cross‑functional procurement initiatives strongly preferred. Nice to have: experience in reviewing and negotiating EULA and cloud agreements Technical & Professional Skills: Proven cross‑functional project leadership with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and sourcing deliverables. Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with internal teams, suppliers, and senior leadership. Proficiency in Excel (analytics/reporting), Word, and source‑to‑pay, contract management, or procurement systems. Hybrid: Must be able to go into the Falls Church or Herndon, VA office 3+ days a week. U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of work supported. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
