Converting Operator – Tier One

We are seeking reliable Converting Operators to safely operate production machinery while maintaining product quality and meeting daily production goals. The ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Sussex WI

Schedule & Pay Rates:

1st Shift – $20.00/hour

• Monday–Friday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM (Base Schedule)

2nd Shift – $21.50/hour

• Monday–Friday: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM (Base Schedule)

3rd Shift – $22.00/hour

• Sunday–Thursday: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM (Base Schedule)

Shift premiums are included in the listed rates: $1.50/hour for 2nd shift and $2.00/hour for 3rd shift. A 30-minute paid lunch applies to designated base schedules. Overtime may be required based on the assigned schedule.

Duties:

• Safely operate converting machinery and meet production goals.

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and record defects.

• Pack, label, and palletize finished products for shipment.

• Maintain production supplies to minimize machine downtime.

• Accurately record production data using a computer.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Communicate with team members during shift changes.

• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

• Assist coworkers and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Basic computer and math skills.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs. unassisted.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and bend, twist, and stoop.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to work well with others.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Three years of work history preferred.
