Job Title: Quality Assurance / Documentation Specialist

Location: Sturgis, MI 49091

Duration: 06 months of Contract (with possible extension)

 

Shift/Schedule:  Mon-Fri/9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

 

Job Description:

Prepares, edits, files, assembles documentation such as reports or technical documents, records, or correspondence. Maintains numerical, alphabetical, chronological and/or subject filing system. Responsible for file maintenance and record keeping; locates and removes file material upon request. 3-5 Years of experience.

 

Duties included but not limited to:

• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Filing incoming work order sections, filing released batch records, maintaining data tracking reports
• Check in department work order sections as received and input data in Release Batch Activity system (RBA)
• Prepare batch record folders for each batch received in Quality Systems
• Audit/elevate finished product tank charts from Processing Department
• Prepare data for Tier 2 Leadership meeting daily
• Communicating with each department regarding various work order discrepancies.
