Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our clinical Neurosurgeon, you will become part of a highly respected team. You will join CHI Health, which is a member of CommonSpirit Health System – The Nations’ largest faith based health system.

Every day you will provide comprehensive general neurosurgery services. You will have the opportunity to perform all general neursugers cases such as spine, peripheral nerve compression, brain & spine tumors, trigeminal neuralgia, trauma, and more. You will be part of a collabortive team of physicians and APP's.

To be successful in this role, you will be board eligible or board certified certified in Neurosurgery. This opportunity is well-suited for physicians passionate about providing comprehensive Neurosurgery services, a patient-centered approach, and a commitment to collaboration. You will also demonstrate excellent communication, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to thrive in a collegial, team oriented environment.

This Opportunity Offers:

• Inpatient and outpatient services

• Bread and butter neurosurgery cases: spine, peripheral nerve compression, brain & spine tumors, trigeminal neuralgia, trauma and more

• Part of a multi-specialty group

• Team of 2 MDs and 1 APP

• 1:3 Call

• Academic Appointment available if desired

• Good Samaritan Hospital

• Level II Trauma Center

• Certified Stroke Center

• 200 bed facility

• 24 bed open ICU

• Hospital and Intensivist programs

• Access to Outpatient surgery center

• EPIC EMR in both the clinic and hospital

• Academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine

Job Requirements

Required

• MD or DO degree

• BE/BC in Neurosurgery

• Ability to obtain licensure in Nebraska

• DEA Certification

• BLS

Pay Range

$700,000.00 - $900,000.00 / year
